Students develop three (3) semester long career orientated goals and work with The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) on career building modules/templates designed to make their semester away experience a valuable one. Modules focus on personal development, increasing marketability as a candidate for future internships, co-ops, civic engagement, and off-campus research opportunities. The CCPD provides oversight for this experience but students are expected to participate in the general ILE Self Design LMS course.
